Dished ends are produced on automatic lines with cold deep drawing and trimming/edging processes on hydraulic presses and edge banders
The technology applied allows us to create complex and programmable machining according to the characteristics of the required product.
Dished ends up to a diameter of 2000mm can be created in carbon steel, stainless steel and metallic alloys with dimensions from our catalogueor based on the customer's design. Trimming or various types of edges are carried out on edge banders.
COLD SHEET METAL MOULDING
Our automated systems are very flexible and can also be used for series moulding of sheet metal parts for metal components used in the most diverse sectors.
The technology of our 1,000 to 16,000 kN presses allows us to also create complex products through conventional moulding or deep drawing from below.
DRILLING, SHEARING, FLARING AND HEMMING
Additional drilling, shearing, flaring and hemming can be performed on products with dimensions in our catalogue or based on the customer's design.
